مطالعۀ جامعه‌شناختی دگرگونی‌های نقش اقتصادی زنان و اثرات آن بر تأمین معیشت خانوار روستایی (مورد مطالعه: دهستان جوشق، شهرستان دلیجان)

چکیده

از دیرباز، زنان بخش عمده‌ای از کارکردهای خانواده اعم از نقش خانوادگی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و... را برعهده داشته‌اند. با وجود دگرگونی‌های ایجادشده در نقش‌های زنان، ایفای این وظایف نه‌تنها از بین نرفته، بلکه با تغییرات حاصل‌شده، هنوز هم زنان سهم عمده‌ای در تأمین معیشت خانوار، به‌خصوص در مناطق روستایی دارند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعۀ جامعه‌شناختی دگرگونی‌های نقش اقتصادی زنان و اثرات آن بر تأمین معیشت خانوار روستایی انجام شده است.
در این پژوهش کیفی، 36 زن دهستان جوشق، شهرستان دلیجان، به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، دردسترس و گلوله‌برفی به‌عنوان مشارکت‌کننده انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات از 22 مصاحبۀ فردی و جمعی با زنان روستایی این منطقه، با بهره‌گیری از نظریۀ بنیانی تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
مطابق نتایج، زنان در گذشته مشارکت گسترده‌ای در فعالیت‌های کشاورزی و دام‌پروری داشتند. بازاریابی، فروش و فرآوری بخش عمده‌ای از محصولات، برعهدۀ زنان بود که از این طریق، هم نیاز خانواده تأمین می‌شد و هم منبع اقتصادی مهمی برای خانوار به‌شمار می‌رفت. علاوه‌براین، آن‌ها با قالی‌بافی بخشی از درآمد خانواده را تأمین می‌کردند، ولی فعالیت‌های اقتصادی زنان تحت تأثیر کاهش فعالیت‌های کشاورزی، تک‌محصولی‌شدن، کاهش تعداد دام‌ها، تغییر سبک کشاورزی، مهاجرت فرزندان، آزادی عمل و حق انتخاب، و تغییر سبک زندگی دگرگون شده است. تغییر شرایط و محیط زندگی زنان، افزایش آگاهی و سطح تحصیلات آن‌ها، متنوع‌شدن امکانات زندگی و مشابهت زندگی شهری و روستایی، از عوامل مداخله‌گر در این دگرگونی بوده‌اند. پیامد این دگرگونی نقشی، اگرچه مصرف‌گرایی و وابستگی خانوار روستایی است، باز هم تلاش‌هایی توسط زنان برای تأمین معیشت خانوار وجود دارد. آن‌ها با یادگیری مهارت‌های جدید، شغل بیرون از خانه و حتی روستا، مشارکت محدود در گل‌چینی و قالی‌بافی به اقتصاد خانواده کمک می‌کنند.
دگرگونی نقش اقتصادی زنان، اگرچه برخی از فعالیت‌های اقتصادی آن‌ها را دستخوش تغییر کرده است، وابستگی به نهادهای بیرونی را افزایش داده و از خودکفایی آن‌ها کاسته است، ولی باز هم تلاش زنان برای مؤثربودن در تأمین معیشت خانوار تداوم دارد.

Despite the transformations in women’s roles, their responsibilities have not vanished; rather, they have evolved in response to the changes, to the extent that women continue to play a significant role in maintaining domestic livelihoods, particularly in rural areas. The present study is an endeavor to conduct a sociological investigation into the transformations in the economic duties of women and their impact on the livelihood of rural households.
In the current qualitative study, 36 women from the Joshaq Village of Delijan County were selected using purposive, convenience, and snowball sampling methodologies. The grounded theory approach was employed to analyze the data collected from 22 individual and group interviews conducted with rural women in the region.
The results indicate that, in the past, women had a significant contribution in agricultural and pastoral activities, with marketing, selling, and processing a large portion of products being among their responsibilities. Not only did the fulfillment of these responsibilities assist in meeting household requirements, but they also provided a critical economic resource for rural families. Additionally, women contributed to household income through carpet weaving. Nevertheless, the economic activities of women have undergone significant transformations due to various factors, including the decline in agricultural activities, monoculture farming, changing agricultural practices, children’s migration, increased autonomy and decision-making power, and changes in lifestyle. These transformations have been influenced by intervening factors such as evolving living conditions, increased awareness and education levels among women, the diversification of life amenities, and the growing resemblance between urban and rural lifestyles. Women continue to contribute to household livelihoods through various means, including acquiring new skills, employment outside the home and village, and participation—albeit to a limited extent—in seasonal flower harvesting and carpet weaving, despite the fact that this role transformation has resulted in an increase in consumerism and household dependency in rural areas.
Although the transformation of women’s economic roles has resulted in a reduction in their self-sufficiency, an increase in dependence on extra-familial institutions, and an alteration of some of their economic activities, rural women continue to make efforts to contribute to the survival of their households.
