Abstract
Editorial As the eighth edition of this journal is published, I would like to send my warmest greetings to all researchers and draw your attention to a point: as the journal publication required dedicating more financial sources and time, we decided to provide the online version of the articles. This facilitated the availability of the journal and also helped us to do away with stocking up the magazine. Users do not need to pay when they want to browse through the website and study the papers. Below you can find a summary of downloading information, and academic standing of the writers.
