The procedures for accepting articles are as follows

Article registration by the author in the system
Checking the formal compliance of the article with the publication rules by an expert and sending the approved articles to the editor
In the editorial board meeting, the editor gives the necessary explanations about each of the articles. The members of the editorial board, each of whom has a printout of the article, comment on a specific article or send an article to the judges. For approved articles, three referees are identified
The articles approved by the editorial board are sent to the judges and the articles are removed from the publication process.
If two of the three referees agree to accept the article, the requested corrections will be sent to the responsible author. And if two referees decide not to accept the article while sending the opinions of the referees to the responsible author, the article will be removed from the work process of the journal.
The responsible author applies the corrections considered by the referees to the article, the correction article and the correction letter, as well as uploads the report of the overlap of the article in the system.
The deputy editor will read the article against the opinions of the referees and inform the editor of his opinions if no corrections have been made to apply the opinions of the referees; Return to the author
If necessary, the article will be sent to a peer reviewer
If approved by the peer reviewer or editor, the article is placed in the printing process
