The aim of this study rural migrants face similar problems in the village, but at a level lower than the problems that were are encountered. The research method, a combination of survey and questionnaire-based cross that field visit. And by using the Shannon entropy TOPSIS model and the findings of the study will be discussed. Research results suggest that that due to the fact that the main factors affecting rural migration to urban mamasani city Nurabad economic factors and lack of facilities in the city and villages. And these people have left their villages in the hope of having better amenities and are open to city Nurabad Nomads settled in neighborhoods such as the neighborhood in the category of deprived neighborhoods of the city with facilities and services. And in both of these people with the lowest level services in rural as well as urban areas have migrated to the city with the lowest service. این مطالعه در پی شناخت و درک مسائل و مشکلاتی است که قشر مهاجر در دو جامعۀ شهری و روستایی با آن مواجه‌اند. از دیگر اهداف این مقاله تحلیل وضعیت سکونتی و تصمیمات آتی به منظور ارتقای سطح کیفی محل سکونت این افراد در شهر و همچنین کمک به بهبود وضعیت روستاها برای جلوگیری و یا کاهش روند مهاجرت روستایی به شهر و کمک به پایداری اجتماعی است. روش پژوهش حاضر، ترکیبی از روش پیمایشی، توصیفی- تحلیلی مبتنی بر پرسشنامه و بازدید میدانی است. با استفاده از مدل تاپسیس و آنتروپی شانون به بررسی یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش پرداخته شده است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که با توجه به این که مهمترین عوامل مؤثر بر مهاجرت روستاییان شهرستان ممسنی به شهر نورآباد، عوامل اقتصادی و کمبود خدمات رفاهی در سطح روستاهای شهرستان بوده، باز در محلاتی همچون اسکان عشایر ساکن شده‌اند که این محله‌ها در ردۀ محله‌های محروم از امکانات و خدمات شهری قرار دارند. این افراد چه در سطح روستا و چه در محلات شهری کمترین خدمات را داشته‌اند. https://jrd.ut.ac.ir/article_60563_a8dfaa9fa4a1ddc04d763b5f27e88a00.pdf
