Based on our studies that emphasize on comparative analysis method and documentary approach, the main reasons behind China’s abundant economic growth stems from massive institutional reforms, adaptation, and efficient institutions creation together with formation of local democracy which began three decades ago. In fact, these institutional changes were most appropriate for attraction of public participation in local decision making, which is the basic element in a democratic societies furthermore Chinese culture which emphasis on group collaboration, are the main reason of high economic growth and development in the past three decades.
